Collaboration and diversity of ideas are the keys to our industry's future. The role of "director" is changing into curator; where we now are responsible for collecting, sorting and configuring ideas in a cohesive and meaningful way that gives an audience the journey they deserve.
Creative use of space and staging the elements that no other form of storytelling can compete. When designing sets, Jay strives to find inventive ways to interact with the audience, bringing the story to them and making them complicit in the action.
